How long does it take to process an order?
All our products are custom made, and it takes 5-7 business days to get it delivered. If any delay, the team will get in touch with you, or you can contact us after 7 business days.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we do ship internationally. Please get in touch over email or whatsapp to know the shipping charges for your country.
What is your exchange policy?
Our Exchange policy lasts 7 days, and applies only to UAE Orders.
There is no refund option as all our products are custom made for each order, this way we also have the flexibility to customize the product as per your request, free of charge.
One time size adjustment is possible on exchange, depending on the abaya models. Charges start from 100 AED, including delivery.
We only replace items that are defective or damaged free of charge.
