Our Exchange policy lasts 7 days and applies only to UAE Orders.

There is no exchange policy available for our international orders at the moment, please ensure to order the right size product, feel free to contact our expert for any size advice.

There is no refund option as all our products are custom made for each order, this way we also have the flexibility to customize the product as per your request, free of charge.

One time size adjustment is possible on exchange, depending on the abaya models. Charges start from 100 AED, including delivery.

DISCLAIMER:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs while exchanging your item. However, we can support in collection. Depending on the delivery address provided, the time may vary for collection, alteration and delivery.

We only replace items that are defective or damaged free of charge. The customer must provide an image or video of the damaged products while filing a complaint about damaged goods.
